Scheduling an Appointment
If you have any questions regarding appointments, please call our office at 434-338-7774. During the summer, you may schedule an appointment via phone. You can visit the Student Health Center an unlimited amount of times. Seeing the same provider when there are multiple visits for ongoing medical issues ensures continuity of care. General office visits are appropriate for most conditions, but our providers will make appropriate referrals to outside specialists. Schedule your appointment here.
What to Bring
For your visit, you will need your Flames Pass, a valid driver’s license, and an updated insurance card so we can confirm that we have the most up to date information in our records. This will ensure your claims are filed properly for you.
Insurance Information
We accept a number of insurance plans, which you may view here. Many insurance plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards at our offices.
